No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than eighty-four (84) months past the termination of the user's account. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need, we will delete or anonymize such information, or securely store and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

However, no electronic transmission or storage technology can be guaranteed 100% secure. Transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

Withdrawing your consent: You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us or updating your preferences. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
To review or change information in your account or terminate your account, you can log in to your account settings and update your account. Upon a request to terminate, we will deactivate or delete your account, though we may retain some information to prevent fraud, troubleshoot, assist investigations, enforce our terms, and/or comply with legal requirements.

Most browsers and some mobile systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized, so we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. If a standard is adopted that we must follow, we will inform you in a revised version of this Privacy Notice. California law requires us to disclose that, because there is currently no industry or legal standard, we do not respond to DNT signals at this time.

We use Monetag and AdMob by Google to serve in-app advertisements. Monetag and AdMob may collect and use personal data such as your device ID, approximate location (based on IP), and user interaction data for ad personalization and performance tracking. You can control ad tracking permissions through iOS settings and, for users in the EU, via the in-app consent prompt powered by Google's User Messaging Platform.
You have rights under certain US state data protection laws, though these are not absolute and we may decline a request as permitted by law. These rights include:

You can opt out of selling, targeted advertising, or profiling by disabling cookies in Cookie Preference Settings. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf with valid proof of authorization.
Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity. We will only use information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority. If we cannot verify your identity from information already maintained, we may request additional information for verification and fraud-prevention purposes.
If we decline to take action regarding your request, you may appeal by emailing support@ioptn.com. We will inform you in writing of any action taken or not taken, including reasons. If your appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to your state attorney general.
"Financial incentive" means a program, benefit, or other offering, including payments to consumers as compensation, for the disclosure, deletion, sale, or sharing of personal information. We may decide to offer a "bona fide loyalty program" under Colorado law, or a "financial incentive" under California law, in exchange for the retention, sale, or sharing of a consumer's personal information. If we do, we will notify you and explain the material terms. You may withdraw at any time by emailing support@ioptn.com.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the preceding calendar year. To make such a request, submit it in writing using the contact details in Section 15.
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Revised" date at the top.
